Early Life and Career
Post began his basketball journey with Apollo Amsterdam’s junior teams at the age of 11. Despite a late growth spurt and a brief hiatus from the sport, he returned to play a pivotal role in leading his under-18 team to a national championship in 2018. College Career

Professional Career with the Golden State Warriors
In the 2024 NBA Draft, Post was selected 52nd overall by the Golden State Warriors, becoming the first Dutch player drafted in 15 years. After a series of trades on draft night, he secured his spot with the Warriors and chose jersey number 21. Initially signing a two-way contract, Post made his NBA debut on December 30, 2024, scoring his first points against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Post’s breakout performance came on January 23, 2025, when he scored a career-high 20 points, including five three-pointers, in a win over the Chicago Bulls.
